Rubber magnetism can be characterized by various physical quantities such as magnetic induction strength, residual magnetic induction, magnetic energy product, etc. The magnetic induction strength is commonly used, and its measurement unit is Gaussian (GS). Generally, rubber magnetism requires a range of 100-600GS.

Rubber magnet, also known as bonded permanent magnet ferrite, is made by kneading, rolling, or injection molding with bonded ferrite magnetic powder, rubber or plastic, and other materials. Due to the high plasticity of the materials themselves, finished or semi-finished products can be easily cut, punched, longitudinally cut, and mounted with other materials, and are not easy to demagnetize. They have good corrosion resistance and are mainly divided into two categories: same-sex rubber magnets and heterosexual rubber magnets. The differences are as follows:

1. Different magnetic properties: Same sex rubber has weaker magnetic properties, while opposite sex rubber has higher magnetic functions.

2. The working temperature and density are different, and the density and temperature of the magnetic properties of the same type of rubber are lower than that of the magnetic properties of the opposite type of rubber.

3. Different application categories: Same sex rubber magnets are mainly used in refrigerator magnets, car stickers, printed products, and promotional products. And anisotropic rubber magnets are widely used in fields such as micro motor computers, laser printers, copiers, and magnetic toys.
